RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Sudietuz, each piece is made to order with meticulous attention to detail.
Because of this production model, we do not accept returns.

That said, we do offer size exchanges for standard orders, so you can achieve the best possible fit.

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
Shipping costs for exchange shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Made-to-Measure & Custom Orders

To avoid any fitting issues, we also offer a made-to-measure service.
If you would like a custom fit, please contact us at info@sudietuz.digital before placing your order.

Please note that custom measurement products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

However, in case of any fit-related issues, we offer alteration services at our showroom. Custom-sized pieces can be adjusted on-site to achieve the best possible fit.

Alterations are also available for standard-size items. Depending on the garment and the required adjustments, alteration services will be offered with separate pricing.

All sale items are final sale.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted on discounted products.

TAXES & DUTIES

All product prices are expressed in TRY.

Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and exclusive of customs duties.
For orders shipped outside of Turkey, any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate customs charges in advance. Your local customs office can provide guidance on potential costs.
